The constitution review bill supplement 4 as it was returned by the parliament for changes must adhere all principle of Constitution as it was propound by JOHN LOCKE the father of social contract so when it will be formulated/enacted must adhere that the power of any state organ were given by the people of a certain country and not only the whims of few people or minority. The constitution which we need must be parliamentary because parliament consist many representatives that Presidential constitution which has only a single representative found. This much more as dictatorship territory
    The union is also the decision of the people once you want to command a certain like this which is a part of peace and love we have it can lead to social conflict.
    The selection of the Commission members shall be done by the parliament with respect of number of people in mainland and island because how can you relate 5o and5 are not the same. I have said said that the parliament should propose the names and number of people to avoid Art 37 which elaborate about the President to refuse the idea given by the commision formed on his own
