The Citizen: ‘Tanzania’s first copper smelter in $500m plan ‘

Three days after conclusion of the recently Lake Tanganyika Investment Forum held in Rukwa, City Energy & Infrastructure entered into the agreement to set up a number of projects, including the Kigoma Special Economic Zone.

‘Tanzania is about to have its own first ever copper smelter following an agreement between Kigoma Regional administration and an international firm, City Energy & Infrastructure.’  Read the full article in The Citizen here.
